Working in a shared building is different from working in a house: you have to look after residents coming and going and keep the areas passable at all times. That's why I organise the job in phases and sections, mark off anything freshly painted and keep everything clean and safe while the work lasts.
I prepare a detailed quote so the managing agent or the committee president can put it to the owners with no surprises, with the materials and timescales in writing. I paint walls and ceilings of entrance halls and stairwells, handrails, entrance doors, storerooms and communal terraces.

- I work in phases and always leave a clear, signed way through. I coordinate the timings to keep disruption to a minimum.

- Yes, I paint garages, storerooms, terraces and communal courtyards. Just tell me and I'll include it in the community quote.
