Painter in Travalón (Elche)
Travalón is a residential area of Elche with larger homes, many with a patio or garden. Here I'm asked both to freshen up the interior and to do up the exterior: ground-floor facade, fences and railings.

Inside the house I do the usual work: smooth walls and ceilings, in white or whatever shade you choose, protecting furniture and floors and leaving everything tidied away. It's the quickest way to renovate the home without building work, and I work room by room so you can carry on living at home.
Outside, I paint the ground-floor facade, the boundary walls and the metal railings and fences, which lose their colour and rust with the sun and the weather. I remove the rust, apply a rust-inhibitor and finish with hard-wearing enamel so it stands up to the elements. I quote it all together and it works out better value.
