1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser so that it works, to remember your preferences or, in some cases, to analyse how the site is used. The applicable rules are article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI and the cookie guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

2.1 Technical and preference cookies (no consent required)
These are essential for the website to work or to remember a decision you made yourself. They are exempt from consent (art. 22.2 LSSI) and are not used to profile you nor shared with anyone.

2.2 Analytics and advertising (only with your consent)
These cookies are only installed if you give your consent in the banner. You can accept analytics without advertising: they are two independent purposes. Ad measurement works through Google Analytics, so it is only switched on if you also accept analytics. Until then, Google's code is not even loaded.

I use Google Consent Mode in its basic version: until you accept analytics, or if you reject it, Google's code is not loaded and no data is sent to Google. If you accept, only what you accepted is switched on (analytics, or analytics and advertising). If you later withdraw a purpose, I delete the Google cookies stored for it; if you withdraw analytics, the page also reloads without Google's code.
Contact details from the form. If you accept advertising and analytics, when you submit the form Google's tag detects on the page the contact details you entered (email, phone and, if you include them, name or address), hashes them in your browser with SHA-256 and sends them to Google. Google uses them to link your request to a click on my ads and to measure conversions more accurately (enhanced conversions). As ad personalisation is switched off, they are not used to show you personalised ads. Hashed data like this is still personal data; I also explain this in the privacy policy.
Google Analytics: the data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. as a processor, on my behalf. Google Ads (conversion measurement): Google Ireland Ltd. acts as an independent controller and also processes the data for its own purposes, under its controller terms. Google LLC processes data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision (EU) 2023/1795, art. 45 GDPR). More information in Google's privacy policy.
