Whether you've just bought a resale apartment or your own place is crying out for a change, freshening up the paintwork is the quickest and cheapest way to renew it. Before I start I cover furniture, floors and sockets, fill cracks and holes, and sand down the areas that need it so the paint grips well and lasts.
I work with quality trade-brand emulsion paints, smooth and matt, that go further and stand up better to everyday knocks. If the flat is occupied, I organise the job room by room so you can carry on living there with the least disruption, and when I'm done I leave everything clean and tidy.

- Yes. If the flat is occupied I paint room by room and work through it zone by zone, so you can carry on as normal with the least disruption.
- Do I have to empty the flat before painting?
- No need. I move and cover the furniture with protective sheeting; you don't have to shift anything heavy or put anything away.
- How long does it take to paint a flat?
- An average 80-100 m² flat is usually ready in 2 or 3 working days. I confirm the exact timescale in the quote and I stick to it.
