Painter in Elche town centre

Elche town centre mixes older residential buildings with shops on the ground floor. I paint both the flat upstairs and the shop on the street, working around the rhythm of the area.

Older buildings

I strip old layers and plaster before painting for a finish that lasts.

Shops stay open

I paint outside your hours so you don't lose sales.

Entrance looked after

I protect narrow stairwells and communal areas in the old quarter.

In the older buildings in the centre, the walls tend to carry many layers of paint and the odd plaster repair from years back. Before adding colour I check the state of the surface, seal any facade damp that shows through inside, and leave the walls sound so the finish lasts. I coordinate with the neighbours and look after the entrance hall and stairwell, which in the old quarter are usually narrow.

For shops in the pedestrian zone I know every closed day counts: I paint in the evening or on a bank holiday and leave the place ready to open the next morning. I match the colour of your sign or your brand and protect shop windows, counters and floors.

FAQ in Elche centro

Do you paint shops in the pedestrian zone in the centre?
Yes. I work around the access restrictions of the old quarter and paint in the evening or on bank holidays so your trading hours aren't affected.
My town-centre flat has damp on a facade wall — can you sort it?
I look at where it's coming from: if it's coming from outside, I treat the wall from inside with anti-damp product and primer before painting. I'll tell you honestly in the quote.
