Epoxy Garage & Floor Painting on the Costa Blanca
A painted garage floor looks cleaner, sweeps better and stands up to cars driving over it without lifting. I paint garages, parking spaces, storerooms and warehouses with hard-wearing epoxy paint.

What the service includes
Concrete preparation
Vacuuming, degreasing, oil-stain treatment and crack repair.
Hard-wearing epoxy paint
A hard coat that stands up to cars, wear and cleaning.
Finish to order
Optional non-slip finish and marking of spaces, numbers and lines.
The secret to a floor that lasts isn't the paint, it's the preparation. Garage concrete is usually full of dust, oil stains and, sometimes, traces of damp, and if you just paint over it the paint peels off with the wheels. That's why I vacuum and degrease thoroughly, treat the oil stains, seal the pores of the concrete and repair cracks and dips before applying the epoxy.
Then I apply epoxy floor paint, which forms a hard coat that stands up to cars driving over it, to wear and to cleaning products. If you like, I give it a non-slip finish for the ramps and walkways, and mark out the spaces, numbers or traffic lines. It works just as well for communal garages, private spaces, storerooms, units and small warehouses.
FAQ
- Does the floor paint stand up to the weight of cars?
- Yes. I use epoxy floor paint, made for exactly that: it resists cars driving over it, the wear of the wheels and cleaning products, as long as the concrete is prepared well beforehand.
- Can you mark out the garage spaces and numbers?
- Of course. I mark out spaces, numbering and traffic lines, very handy in communal garages. Just tell me and I'll include it in the quote.
- What about the oil stains and damp?
- I treat them before painting: I degrease and seal the oil stains and check there's no active damp, because epoxy needs a clean, dry floor to grip and last.
