2. What data do I process and why?

I process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or the other contact channels (WhatsApp, phone or email): name, phone number, email address and whatever information you include in your message.

The purpose is to deal with your request for a quote or for information and to be able to contact you with an answer. I do not use your data to send you advertising. Only if you accept advertising and analytics cookies, when you submit the form the contact details you entered are sent to Google hashed with SHA-256, to measure which requests come from my ads (see sections 3 and 5).

In addition, when you submit the form my server records your IP address, in memory only, in order to limit the number of submissions and stop automated spam. The basis for this processing is my legitimate interest in the security of the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR) and it is not used for any other purpose.

3. Legal basis

Each processing activity has its own basis: dealing with your request and preparing the quote relies on your consent, given when you submit the form or contact me, and on taking pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.a and b GDPR); if you hire me, invoicing and keeping the data rely on legal obligations (art. 6.1.c); spam control on the form relies on my legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f); and analytics and ad measurement, including sending Google the hashed contact details from the form, rely on the consent you give in the cookie banner (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 22.2 LSSI). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing carried out before.

This site is aimed at adults; I do not knowingly collect data from minors.

4. How long do I keep your data?

Requests that do not lead to a job: 12 months from the last contact. If you hire me, customer data is kept for 6 years (art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code) and tax records for 4 years (art. 66 of the Spanish General Tax Act). The IP address used for spam control is only held in the server's memory: it is disregarded after 10 minutes and erased when the server restarts. Google Analytics data linked to cookies or identifiers is kept for 14 months at most; aggregated reports, which do not identify you, are kept. After those periods, the data is deleted.

5. Who do I share your data with?

I only pass your data on to third parties where legally required or, if you accept it, to Google Ads as explained below. To provide the service I rely on technology providers who act as data processors and only handle the data on my instructions:

• Vercel Inc. — Hosting and delivery of the website (privacy policy).
• Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) — Sending the emails generated by the contact form (privacy policy).
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Web analytics (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies (privacy policy).

Google Ads (conversion measurement), only if you accept advertising cookies: it receives measurement data about your visit and, if you submit the form, your contact details hashed with SHA-256. Google Ireland Ltd. acts as an independent controller and also processes that data for its own purposes, under its controller terms.

If you prefer to write to me on WhatsApp, that conversation takes place inside the app and is also governed by the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). I only process the content of the message in order to deal with your request.

International transfers: Vercel Inc., Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) and Google LLC process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which all three are certified (European Commission adequacy decision (EU) 2023/1795, art. 45 GDPR). You can check this at dataprivacyframework.gov.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to hola@pepepintor.com, stating which right you wish to exercise:

• Access to your personal data.
• Rectification of inaccurate data.
• Erasure of the data (the right to be forgotten).
• Objection to the processing.
• Restriction of the processing.
• Data portability.

If you believe I have not dealt with your rights properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

I apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

8. Cookies

The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to my services. I recommend that you review it from time to time.
