2. What data do we process and why?

We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or the other contact channels (WhatsApp, phone or email): name, phone number, email address and whatever information you include in your message.

The purpose is to deal with your request for a quote or for information and to be able to contact you with an answer. We do not use your data to send you advertising, nor do we pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes.

In addition, when you submit the form our server records your IP address for a few minutes in order to limit the number of submissions and stop automated spam. The basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in the security of the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR) and it is not used for any other purpose.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, which you give when you submit the form or contact us, together with the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (preparing a quote). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

This site is aimed at adults; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, if you go on to hire the service, for the periods required by law (tax obligations, for example). After that it is deleted.

5. Who do we share your data with?

We do not pass your data on to third parties, except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on technology providers who act as data processors and only handle the data on our instructions:

• Vercel Inc. — Hosting and delivery of the website (privacy policy).
• Resend — Sending the emails generated by the contact form (privacy policy).
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Web analytics (Google Analytics) and ad measurement (Google Ads), only with your consent (privacy policy).

If you prefer to write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation takes place inside the app and is also governed by the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). We only process the content of the message in order to deal with your request.

International transfers: some of these providers (Vercel, Resend and Google) may process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, which guarantee an adequate level of protection.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to hola@pepepintor.com, stating which right you wish to exercise:

• Access to your personal data.
• Rectification of inaccurate data.
• Erasure of the data (the right to be forgotten).
• Objection to the processing.
• Restriction of the processing.
• Data portability.

If you believe we have not dealt with your rights properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
