The biggest worry for anyone running a shop or office isn't the cost of painting, it's shutting up and losing sales. I'm Pepe, a painter based in Elche and working across the Costa Blanca, and that's exactly what I work around: I paint your premises without you ever having to pull the shutter down.
The goal: you don't lose a single day
A shop closed for works is money not coming in. So I fit around your business: I work outside opening hours, on bank holidays or overnight if needed, and I organise the painting zone by zone so you can always keep trading in the rest of the space.
How I organise the job
Before I start we agree the plan so you know exactly when and where I'll be:
- Agreed slots (early mornings before you open, after closing, nights or bank holidays).
- Working in phases: one area finished and back in use before I move to the next.
- Protecting your stock, fittings, counters and floors.
- A clean-up after each phase, so you open with everything tidy.
What paint suits a commercial space
A shop takes far more knocks and cleaning than a home, so I use washable, hard-wearing paints that stand up to daily use. For doors, shopfronts and woodwork I use water-based enamel: it dries fast and barely smells, so your premises won't reek of paint when you open up.
A fresh look sells too
Freshly painted premises look cared for and put customers at ease the moment they walk in. It's the cheapest way to give your business a new look without a full refit: sometimes a change of colour and clean walls make the place look like somewhere else entirely. I'll give you a tailored price based on the square metres and the hours we work in.
Want the exact price for your project?
I will come and see it with no obligation and give you a fixed quote, free and the same day. You deal directly with me, no middlemen.
FAQ
- Can you work nights or bank holidays?
- Yes. I fit around your hours so I don't stop your trade: often the easiest thing is to paint outside opening times, and we set it up that way.
- Will it stink and scare my customers off?
- I use low-odour water-based paints and enamels, so any smell is minimal and airs out quickly. You'll notice it far less than you'd think.
- How much does it cost to paint a shop?
- It's always tailored, based on the square metres, the state of the walls and the hours we work. I come and look for free and give you a fixed price, no obligation.
